Café Jardín is a botanical coffee garden and pop-up coffee experience born at Finca Neo Jibairo in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. Founded by Cristina González and Francisco Castro, the concept grows from a shared love for plants, community, and thoughtfully crafted drinks.

Café Jardín specializes in espresso-based and ceremonial matcha beverages designed for pop-ups, collaborations, and special events. Our goal is to turn every pop-up into an experience that invites people to slow down, connect, and enjoy every sip.
