Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer standard shipping options, with rates calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
– Domestic orders: 5-7 business days
– International orders: 10-15 business days (subject to customs delays)
Order Tracking: Tracking numbers will be provided automatically via email once the order is processed.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs again.
Lost/Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Customers must submit evidence of damage, and each case will be reviewed individually since mail carriers and weather conditions are beyond our control.
Delivery Delays: Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:
Cigars: All cigar sales are final. However, if your cigars arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days, submit evidence of damage, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Souvenirs & Merchandise: These items are non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy
At Finca Neo Jibairo, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Experiences & Tours: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Private Event Bookings: Deposits for private events are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation or experience will not be eligible for a refund.
Airbnb Stays: Non-refundable.
